For reservations made via the official website or by phone, elementary school students and infants (12 years and under) can sleep in the same bed as their parents free of charge.

If you would like your elementary school-aged child to share a bed with you, please enter the number of children as "infants (no meals or bedding)" when making your reservation.
Please note that for reservations made through OTAs, travel agencies, etc., elementary school-aged children cannot sleep in the same bed as adults and will be charged the same price as adults.
* Only one person may share a bed with another adult (one bed).
*If an elementary school-aged child (sharing a bed) requires meals or use of the hotel facilities, this is not included in the reservation fee and must be paid separately on site.

Cancellation of reservation is free of charge up to 2 days before the date of stay.
20% of the accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before the arrival date, and 80% will be charged for cancellations made on the day of arrival.
Also, if you do not show up without notice of cancellation, we will charge the full amount of the accommodation fee.

For group reservations of 15 people or more, please check directly with the sales office or hotel where you made the reservation.
